ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (NADI, LAUTOKA, SIGATOKA & LABASA)

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• To assist Branch Manager in managing day to day operations of the Branch and lead a team of sales.

• Provide leadership support to achieve budgeted/target sales.

• Implement best customer relationship management practices.

• To report on various aspects of business such as inventory and staff performance, consumer behavior and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and management.

• Must be able to competently communicate both orally and in written, and also possess good analytical skills.

• Must be a honest and reliable person.

• Minimum education of FSLC or equivalent is essential.
