Current Opportunities:

1) Staff Cook

• Prepare nutritious, sustainable meals for our resort employees while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

• Prepare and present daily meals with attention to dietary needs

• Support the Sous Chef and kitchen brigade in smooth operations

• Uphold food safety (HACCP), hygiene, and health standards

• Participate in kitchen cleaning, product development, and cost-effective planning

Key Requirements:

• Over 2 years of culinary experience in a kitchen environment

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field from Fiji National University (FNU) or equivalent

• Solid knowledge of food prep, hygiene, and OH&S standards

• Team spirit, reliability, and initiative

• Ability to thrive under pressure and cater in large volumes.
