Qualifications, Experiences and Competencies

World Rugby Level 3 Accredited

Coaching Experience at Skipper Provincial Level specifically able to technically coach Scrummaging and Lineouts

Brings an exciting and Innovative Coaching Style

Has the Ability to Create a Positive Learning Environment

Has the capability to identify and develop players’ Technical, Tactical, and holistic abilities through the Individual Player Development Plans

Ability to work with timelines and deadlines

Is Computer Literate and competent

Has the ability to plan and strategies short-, medium- and long-term programs Direct experience in pathway/age group program development to accelerate the skills and competencies of players, coaches and staff
