SENIOR TELLER

This is a full time position based at our Sigatoka Branch reporting to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and promote BRED Bank brand and its offers in the targeted market segments.

• Carry out full Telling & International duties with high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist and mentor other Tellers to ensure effective customer service, growth and compliance within the department.

• Perform cash management functions such as ATM and Vault management.

• Ensure that cash management policy is followed at all times.

• Ensure that end of the day process is carried out including the filing of vouchers, dispatch of documents to support departments as and when needed and as per the procedures.

• Ensure that all related fees and charges are appropriately collected and income accounts are reconciled and report is submitted to Branch Manager.

• Achievement of agreed targets and performance standards including business generation through cross selling opportunities and referrals.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of Banking experience in a similar role.

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree qualification in Accounting or Banking & Finance.

• Demonstrated capability for quick learning and progression within the organization.

• Proven computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.

• Pleasant personality, outstanding presentation and good oral communication.

• Ability to handle pressure and work within a team to achieve results.

• Proven record of quality work output.
