Vuda Marina Fiji is a unique commercial Marina Complex, with an award – winning restaurant and accommodation services. We now require a competent person for the following position.

Director of Marina Operation

The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. At least 5years or more experience in running a day to day marina operations such as boat movements, haul outs, boat lifting, and relaunching

2. Able to communicate effectively with guests, management and coworkers – Good team player

3. Ability to enforce safe boat handling and create a better guest experience for the customers

4. Ability to oversee the development projects at the yard, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow is carried out

5. Hydraulic, welding and mechanical skills preferable but not essential

6. Persons with yacht repair know-how and understanding will be deemed more suitable
