POSITIONS:

– Revenue, Sales & Marketing Officer

Join the forefront of Fiji’s hospitality sector with CML Hospitality, managing a portfolio of hotels under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts franchise. We are seeking a highly capable and motivated professional to take on a combined role in Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing across our growing portfolio.

This is a multi-faceted, senior-level role ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of hotel commercial operations, ready to drive strategic results in a competitive market.

About the Role:

-The Revenue, Sales & Marketing Officer will lead all commercial initiatives for the hotel, ensuring alignment across pricing, positioning, digital visibility, and revenue performance. This is a key operational role supporting the General Manager and the wider CML leadership team to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies covering Room Revenue, F&B, Conference, and Events.
-Manage OTA listings, pricing structures, and availability through CRS and channel managers.
-Analyze market demand, competitor performance, and rate positioning.
-Drive direct and corporate bookings through tailored B2B and B2C campaigns.
-Design and execute marketing promotions aligned with Wyndham brand guidelines.
-Build strong relationships with trade partners, wholesalers, corporate accounts, and media.
-Oversee social media presence, online reputation management, and digital lead generation.
-Prepare accurate monthly forecasts, revenue reporting, and business reviews.

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel revenue, sales, or marketing roles.
-Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive results.
-Hands-on experience with Opera Cloud or any Cloud based PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel/distribution systems.
-Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
-Experience in digital marketing, brand communications, and sales event coordination.
-Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across departments and properties.
-Familiarity with Wyndham tools, systems, and brand standards is advantageous.
