Psych Client Care Agent

Primary contact – Serve as the main link for client inquiries and support.

Customer needs – Identify client requirements and deliver prompt, effective solutions.

Team coordination – Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Satisfaction monitoring – Track client happiness and seek ways to enhance their experience.

Reporting – Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships? We’re looking for a Client Care Agent to be the go-to support for our valued customers throughout their journey with us.
What You’ll Do:

Act as the main point of contact for client queries and support.

Understand customer needs and ensure they receive timely, effective solutions.

Work closely with internal teams to keep everything on track.

Monitor client satisfaction and look for opportunities to improve their experience.

Prepare updates and reports to keep clients and internal teams informed.
