SALES MANAGER – Vanuatu

 

 

About the Role:

 


We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in Vanuatu. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across the region. You’ll act as the face of CJ Patel Group and its Brands in the market, ensuring our products and services are delivered with excellence and consistency.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Drive sales and business development activities across Vanuatu.

  • Manage existing customer accounts while building new relationships.

  • Oversee trade activations and in-market marketing initiatives in line with CJP’s brand strategy.

  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to ensure local execution of campaigns.

  • Identify market opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing, finance) to ensure service excellence.

  • Represent CJP at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

 

  • Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, territory management, or business development in FMCG sector.

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Solid understanding of the local market and business culture in Vanuatu or pacific islands.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Vanuatu.
