As we continue to invest in talent and innovation, we are seeking a passionate and self-driven individual to join our team as Technical Support Analyst to be based at our Motibhai Business Park, located at 1 West Road, Legalega, Nadi.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support for desktops, servers, POS, SAP/Oracle, and Car Park System.

• Administer Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and enterprise networks.

• Manage and support AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Lambda).

• Implement automation with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Ansible.

• Lead IT projects including POS, biometric, CCTV, and FMCTV deployments.

• Configure firewalls, VPNs, and security controls in line with IT policy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / IT

• 5 years of IT operations and support experience

• Experience with VMware, AD, Exchange, SAP/Oracle

• Exposure to AWS cloud services and DevOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Ansible)

• Networking and security knowledge (HP, Fortinet, SonicWall)

• Certifications (CCNA, MCSE, VMware, AWS) preferred
