SOLICITOR – Patel Sharma Lawyers

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation as an Associate Solicitor.
• Engage in litigation at the High Court and Magistrates Court levels.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of written and oral communication in legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Degree in Law with a current Practicing Certificate;
• Some previous experience and/or exposure to litigation at the High Court and Magistrates Court levels (desirable but not necessary);
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Salary

Above market remuneration payable (commensurate with experience)
