BRED Bank (Fiji) Pte Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager SME to manage a portfolio of Small & Medium business customers, achieve growth targets in loans and deposits, and handle the end-to-end sales process including credit analysis and portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and promote the BRED Bank brand and its products in the targeted market segments.
- Manage a portfolio of Small & Medium business customers by building relationships as an advisor and source new clients through various marketing initiatives.
- Achieve agreed targets and performance standards for growth in loans, deposits, and other bank products.
- Determine and propose business strategies for growth in loans and deposits.
- Establish and maintain quality referral networks and actively refer customers to the relevant business partners.
- Manage “end-to-end sales process” including credit analysis, credit write-ups and proposals in line with the Bank and Regulatory requirements.
- Liaise and follow-up with relevant stakeholders for settlement of business deals.
- Manage and monitor customer portfolios by ensuring regular completion of credit reviews within acceptable timeframes along with daily excess and arrears management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of Banking experience in a similar role.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Banking/ Commerce or Finance.
- Good competency in Commercial credit assessments for businesses clients.
- Sound understanding of Fiji’s Financial Service market and knowledge of Business Banking products and local regulations.
- A well established profile and presence in the Fiji Market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated capability in customer relationship management.
- Must possess a valid driving license and willing to travel around the country.
