Paradise Electrical & Airconditioning is seeking a skilled Solar Engineer and four Solar Technicians / Installers to join their team to design, plan, and oversee the installation of grid-tied and hybrid solar PV systems across Fiji.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee installation of grid-tied and hybrid solar PV systems.
- Conduct site assessments, load calculations, and system sizing.
- Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and documentation.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure compliance with EFL and relevant standards.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of solar systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after installation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in solar / electrical works
- Electrical Trade Certificate (mandatory for technicians)
- Experience with solar PV systems (grid-tied preferred)
- Ability to work on project sites
- Driver’s license is an advantage
