Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook diverse Indian dishes, including curries, tandoor items, appetizers, and regional specialties, using authentic spices and methods.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, manage daily operations, schedule, and train junior chefs.
- Menu Development: Design menus, create specials, and innovate new recipes while maintaining traditional flavors.
- Quality & Hygiene: Ensure all dishes meet high-quality standards, maintain cleanliness, and enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor food stock, order supplies, manage inventory, and help control food and labor costs.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
