Organization Name: Palas Auto Services Pte Limited (trading arm of PalasAuto Group) Role Purpose: Palas Auto Services is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team in the Central division (Suva).
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, calling and following up on digital marketing leads
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information and demonstrations (including test drives)
- Building long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products features to effectively answer questions, demonstrate value, and handle objections.
- Achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Processing orders, preparing, negotiating contracts, and updating customer database
- Coordinate with financing companies to provide a seamless buying experience for the customers
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication with good presentation
- Highly motivated with a focus on achieving results
- Completed Form 6 or 7 Secondary education or Certificate in Customer Service, Management, Marketing or related fields are encouraged to apply
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales
