MANAGER E-CHANNELS
This is a full time position based at our Head Office reporting to the Deputy CEO & CFO/CIO.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management roles as well as project management role for key electronic channels such as Internet Banking, Web Applications, Mobile Banking and card Schemes, POS and ATM
- Day-to-day management of all client support, documentation, communication and control processes related to e-channel information delivery
- Provide subject matter expertise on Scheme Rules, Compliance and Chargeback processes. This includes handling of complex and/or escalated cases, Re-presentments & Arbitration cases, and acting as an SME resource for business NPI’s & Projects impacting the Claims & Disputes process, including reviewing functional specifications, performing UAT and PVT (Product/Production/Performance Verification) testing, and staff training
- Ensure Compliance with internal policies, PCI-DSS, card schemes, PCI-DSS and local and external regulators
- Manage the Banks assets in all areas to protect their long-term investment value.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of technical experience in similar role, particularly in 24-7-365 environment.
- Strong background in Banking, with experience around Mobile/Electronic Banking and Card Schemes.
- Demonstrated capability with respect to the key responsibilities and accountabilities in existing role substantiated by work references.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated capability in relationship building and team management.
- Pleasant personality, outstanding presentation and good written and verbal communication.
