Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across restaurants, bars, kitchen liaison, and special events.
- Collaborate with Kitchen team on menu service delivery, manage budgets, and build vendor relationships.
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring food safety compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ hospitality experience with strong Food & Beverage management background.
- Culinary or food service management degree preferred.
- Proven leadership, HACCP knowledge, and business acumen in budgeting and cost control.
