REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER – Apco (Asian Paints (Sp) Pte Limited)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels.
• Support business objectives and lead acquisition.
• Foster customer retention and execute business development.
• Provide sales support and advance brand building.
• Manage the operations of the Samoa, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu Units.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities as well as long-term strategy.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field from a recognized tertiary training institution OR extensive experience in Marketing or Sales or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns and reporting on results at a head of function level
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
