Job Title:
Bachelor of Arts in iTaukei Language, Literature and Culture, and Management
Role Purpose:
* To support the undertaking, promotion and sponsoring of programmes in iTaukei and Rotuman languages, culture and heritage.
* To support the development of leadership, management and entrepreneurial skills of iTaukei and Rotumans.
* To develop language and cultural proficiency, enhance academic research on issues affecting iTaukei communities, and prepare students for effective leadership, management and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Be a citizen of Fiji and of iTaukei descent.
- Have completed Year 13 or equivalent with a strong academic record.
- Must be registered as a full-time student for the 2026 academic year.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in iTaukei language, culture, and management studies.
- Show leadership potential and a commitment to contributing to iTaukei community development.
- Be willing to actively participate in cultural programs and research projects.
- *Mature entry will also be considered.
Salary
Tuition Fees – Full coverage for the duration of the program. Book and Resource Allowance – Support for study materials and academic resources.
