MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES – Natural Waters Of Viti Pte Ltd (Fiji Water)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive organisational development, talent planning and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage employee and industrial relations, ensuring effective policy application, compliance and constructive engagement.
• Oversee performance frameworks, HR reporting and workforce insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Oversee HR operations and systems, including compliance, payroll governance and immigration processes.
• Support and guide remuneration and workforce planning to maintain equity and organisational alignment.
• Lead and develop the HR team to provide professional support across multi-site operations.
• Promote organisational values and a positive, high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management, Employment Relations, or related field (postgrad desirable).
• 5-10 years’ generalist HR experience with strong ER/IR capability.
• Proven experience leading and developing an HR team, including performance management and retention, to support effective HR service delivery.
• Experience in organisational development, talent management and HR systems.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of Fiji labour laws; experience in manufacturing or operational environments is an advantage.
