Denarau Corporation Pte Limited (DCL) is the Body Corporate for Denarau Island that manages the integrated resort structure that binds all owners and occupiers on the island. DCL’s core business is to administer, manage, and continue to develop a sustainable, financially viable 5-star integrated island community on Denarau Island. DCL invites suitably qualified and experienced consultants, firms, or organizations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Strategic Planning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consultation.
- Review current organizational strategies, policies, and operations.
- Develop a comprehensive Strategic Plan that aligns with DCL’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations with measurable outcomes.
- Deliver a professional, board-ready document suitable for guiding future decision-making.
Requirements
- Company/consultant profile and relevant experience.
- Evidence of similar projects undertaken.
- Proposed methodology and approach.
- Key personnel and qualifications.
- Detailed fee structure, including:
- Professional fees (daily/hourly rates or fixed project fee).
- Administrative and logistical costs.
- Any applicable taxes or disbursements.
- Payment schedule linked to project milestones.
