We are seeking applications from motivated individuals for Collection Officer to join our diverse Loans Portfolio Team to be based in our Lautoka office. If you are a go-getter with exceptional collections and client account management skills, then we would be keen to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain assigned loan portfolio -follow up on overdue accounts and reconciliation
- Provide customer service and deal directly with clients
- Follow up for insurance renewals with clients and insurance companies
- Review of Client’s Loan Account
- Send reminder letters and take actions on timely manner
- Ensure that agreed targets are consistently achieved
- Ensure our clientele get priority customer attention at all times
- Management of West Repo Yard and units
- Any other job assigned by Management.
Requirements
- At least have a Diploma in Business Studies or related discipline.
- Must be highly customer driven with exceptional people & business relationship skills
- Be a team player with an optimistic mindset
- Must possess strong analysis and outstanding communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Have minimum of two years experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Should have a clean driving licence
Salary
Salary will commensurate with education and experience.
