Dominion Finance Pte Limited (DFL) invites application for a suitable individual for the following position. The position will be based at our DFL’s Lautoka office and will report to Manager Lautoka.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively coordinate daily office administration affairs, front office duties and customer care.
- Cash handling and receipting and attend to daily banking
- Attending of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Attend to customer queries and provide customer service in a timely manner.
- Performing of other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Diploma level qualification preferably in Business Studies, Accounting & Finance, Office Administration or related field.
- Be a team player and a highly customer driven attitude.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Sound Knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
