BSP Financial Group (Fiji) Pte Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BSP, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional for a Project Coordinator role based in Suva. This position will report to the Head of Project Management Office(PMO). Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and quality standards.
- Assist the Head of PMO and Project Managers to deliver strategic projects.
- Engage with business testers, and resolve issues during project implementation.
- Managing deployment of business requirements, specifications, timelines, resource planning, and deliverables as per project management standards.
- Engage with vendors and stakeholders to manage change requests and quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including change management.
- Ensure compliance with bank procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Formulate and document procedures and processes for PMO functions.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Project Management qualification is an advantage.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial systems, products, and services.
- Understanding of IT systems is an advantage.
