Mitchell Keil Lawyers & Notary Public. Commercial Lawyer. An opportunity has arisen at our firm for a junior to intermediate level lawyer who is well versed and/ or eager to grow primarily in commercial advisory, transactional support and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- You will work across a broad range of commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on risk and supporting clients with practical, solutions-focused guidance.
Requirements
- The candidate should be qualified to practice with 2+ years PQE.
- They should have initiative and confidence but also strong teamwork skills, be well organised and have first rate communication skills both in writing and verbally.
- They should also be entrepreneurial and versatile.
