Telecom Fiji (tfl) VACANCY: 04/2026 – TEAM LEADER – CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS. The Customer Accounts Team Leader will be responsible for overall Managing, Controlling, and Monitoring of all Company Debtors, Revenue Collection, Payments Processing, and Reconciliation of accounts, and ensure that effective credit control procedures and the debt collection process are maintained for continuous improvements on Credit and Debt Management. Monitor and coach the Customer Accounts Officers to ensure that they have the necessary attributes and attitude to carry out their tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control overall customers and maintain the Debtor Days as targeted by the management.
- Analyse and reconcile key business customer accounts for payment, disputes, and debtors updates.
- Develop and review processes and standards, indicators, and guidelines to ensure efficiency in collection.
- Analyze overall Debt trend on a monthly basis and highlight shortfalls so that debt is manageable.
- Ensure that the Debtors Collection & Ageing report is maintained as per the monthly Target.
- Maintain an efficient reconciliation of debtors and payments for all customers.
- Analyze, verify, and approve all adjustments to be posted on time.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing-related studies, or related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or IT-related area.
