HEAD OF PROPERTY – Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Group-wide property maintenance and asset management strategy
• Establish frameworks, technical standards and operating procedures to ensure consistency across all properties
• Align maintenance strategy with broader business growth and operational priorities
• Provide executive oversight of preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, lifts, generators and related infrastructure
• Implement performance monitoring systems and measurable KPIs to enhance service delivery
• Ensure strict adherence to all statutory, regulatory and occupational health & safety requirements
• Strengthen risk management frameworks related to infrastructure and technical operations
• Conduct periodic audits and compliance reviews to safeguard organisational interests
• Develop and oversee contractor governance frameworks and service-level agreements
• Lead vendor negotiations to ensure value, reliability and performance
• Engage with senior management and key stakeholders to provide strategic reporting and operational insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related technical field
• Minimum 5-8 years progressive experience in leadership role with property or facilities maintenance
• Proven experience managing multi-site portfolios or complex commercial environments
