Key Responsibilities
- Control the core components of the Production, Fix-It-Right and Quality Control standard operating procedures within the panel department.
- Maintain accurate Technicians daily clocking practices with clocking on and off every repair orders, including changing of jobs (if several operation codes) on the R/O.
- Monitor daily work in progress and keep Panel Management informed of changes to production completion times.
- Conduct Quality Control Inspections in full on each and every vehicle or product prior to release back to the Customer.
- Identify and report to Panel Management the causes of preventable vehicle carryovers and the causes of Repeat Repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years practical experience in aspects of body and paint repairs.
- Qualified Panel Technician with Panel Master diagnostic certification or relevant certification
- Must hold a clean and valid Driver’s License
- Physically fit
