We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Distribution Center (DC) Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse and distribution operations in the central division. The successful candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and delivery processes while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and customer delivery activities.
- Oversee timely container devanning and space management.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and shrinkage.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage staff performance, productivity, and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety training and regular inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Control operational expenses and reduce wastage.
- Improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office & WMS experience preferred).
