Vision Investments Limited (VIL) is seeking a REGIONAL MANAGER NORTH (Based at Northern Division). To lead the operation of the Courts Retail Business, reporting directly to the General Manager Retail Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimising performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales, collections, and financial targets.
- Monitor branch performance against budgets and implement corrective actions.
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to Retail Managers.
- Develop high-performing, motivated, and customer-focused teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage discipline, attendance, and workforce planning.
- Identify training and development needs in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, audit standards, and legislative requirements.
- Maintain high standards in merchandising, store presentation, and brand consistency.
- Oversee stock management, stock takes, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Ensure safe working environments and adherence to risk management practices.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all branches.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor delivery performance and after-sales service standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operations, business management, or a similar environment (experience in computer and IT-related retail preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of computers, IT products, and B2C market dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Proven experience in driving retail or business operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving performance targets and effectively leading teams to success.
