TEAM LEADER – FOOD & BEVERAGE – Tanoa Plaza Hotel

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of Food and Beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard.
• Ensure the efficient set up of the restaurant service in the required timeframes.
• Implement procedures and training for the team through continuous monitoring or assessment of staff performance.
• Effectively utilize point of sale equipment and handle cash & credit transactions.
• Schedule rosters as per hotel occupancy.
• Supervise the team with primary focus being on customer service and employee engagement.
• Stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

Requirements

• A diploma certification in hospitality from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to handle work pressure and be flexible towards working hours.
