Job Title: TEAM LEADER – FOOD & BEVERAGE
Role Purpose: We are seeking an energetic and organized individual for the role of Team Leader – Food & Beverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of Food and Beverage service to ensure a consistently high standard.
- Ensure the efficient set up of the restaurant service in the required timeframes.
- Implement procedures and training for the team through continuous monitoring or assessment of staff performance.
- Effectively utilize point of sale equipment and handle cash & credit transactions.
- Schedule rosters as per hotel occupancy.
- Supervise the team with primary focus being on customer service and employee engagement.
- Stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A diploma certification in hospitality from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to handle work pressure and be flexible towards working hours.
