Responsible for monitoring the application and enforcing the FCCC Act 2010 and all other relevant laws to protect consumer interests and ensure Regulatory Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases from initial investigation through to prosecution.
- Provide tactical recommendations during investigations.
- Mentor junior staff.
- Ensure that all enforcement actions are thoroughly evidence-based.
Requirements
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong technical investigation skills and knowledge of regulatory procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Audit or a related field is desirable.
- Candidates with 6 years or more of extensive enforcement or regulatory experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
- A valid Group 2 driver’s license is required, and the successful incumbent must be willing to drive FCCC vehicles.
- This position will be based in the Labasa Office.
