CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER – Amalgamated Telecom Holdings (Ath)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the ATH Group’s investment portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment with our long-term corporate & financial objectives, including asset allocation and portfolio diversification.
• Provide strategic advice to the Board on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
• Formulating and executing the company’s investment strategy to ensure consistency with the overall objectives and defined risk tolerance.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging market/ investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and financial regulations.
• Mentoring and developing a team of investment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field with the preferred professional certifications in one of the following – CAIA or CFA.
• At least a minimum of 10 years proven record of successful investment management which includes merger & acquisition analysis, managing diverse asset classes, such as stocks, bonds, properties and infrastructure and alternative investments portfolio.
• Demonstrated expertise in telecommunication investment portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment risk management, and performance analysis.
• Commercially driven with a focus on value creation.
• Integrity and commitment to transparency.
• Innovative thinker with global market awareness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management/engagement skills across the government, local and international stakeholders.

Salary
