Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions
- Process bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare and lodge statutory tax filings, including VAT returns and FBT lodgements, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and requirements
- Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors on tax-related matters, audits, and reconciliations
- Knowledge or experience in property management, including rent reconciliations, tenant billing, lease administration, and property-related financial reporting, will be an added advantage
Requirements
- Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance Department
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MYOB
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
