Job Title: Management Accountant
Role Purpose:
This position is responsible for analysing key financial information to optimize financial planning. He/she will assist senior business managers with financial decision-making, prepare financial reports, and develop and implement strategies to reduce businesses’ operational and production costs. The role is also responsible for providing advise to CEO and management as and when required and reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Role in the analysis of all business functions and operations.
- Provide financial reporting and advisory services to the business in relation to asset management, yield and production analysis.
- Monitoring of all product costings regularly to ensure company is sustainable.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Strengthen and oversee all internal controls within the organisation.
- Provide technical support to the Financial Controller and CEO with respect to financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits of the company.
Requirements
- Tertiary accounting qualifications together with appropriate professional accreditation such as CPA or working towards such qualification.
- Previous work in a manufacturing organisation is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in handling product costings and manufacturing accounts.
- Relevant experience in handling raw materials, work in progress and finished goods inventory is critical.
- Previous experience in a financial role, preferably Accountant or higher.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with Navision accounting software is desirable.

Salary scale and point of entry will depend upon qualifications and experience and will be discussed during interview.
