Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end payroll processing, including validation of time & attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll reconciliations
- Maintain and administer time & attendance records, rosters, shift schedules, and resolve discrepancies with supervisors
- Administer statutory and other deductions, including FNPF, PAYE/FRCS, loan repayments, and approved deductions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Provide recruitment administration support, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and contract administration
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including inductions, payroll setup, and final pay processing
- Support leave administration, benefits tracking, and HR reporting (headcount, overtime, leave balances)
- Draft HR correspondence, employment letters, and assist with documentation for disciplinary or grievance processes
- Support compliance with Employment Relations Act, OHS requirements, and internal audit preparation
- Act as a point of contact for basic HR and payroll queries, providing timely and professional support
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in HR operations or generalist support, with hands-on payroll exposure
- Working knowledge of FNPF, FRCS/PAYE, and basic employment legislation
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
