We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our Applications Development team in Suva. In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our consumer lending platforms, working with technologies such as Salesforce, AI, and other modern digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements across business areas applying a range of techniques including interviews, workshops and observation to develop a thorough understanding of user needs and current pain points.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and process maps.
- Providing functional expertise and support to developers, testers, and business groups
- Facilitation of meetings and workshops between internal customers and geographically disbursed delivery teams
- Actively participate in all stages of testing including defect management and any change requests that may emerge
- Provide support for business production queries, including analysis of existing issues.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional analysis and user story documentation within a consumer lending or banking business.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and lending processes
- Excellent stakeholder management traits with the ability to challenge, influence and bring people on the journey.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Finance or a related discipline
