Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage Electronic Channel services including ATMs, EFTPOS, Internet/ Mobile Banking and Card Issuing & Acquiring.
- Perform reconciliations and remediation of ATM, POS, scheme settlements and GL accounts.
- Analyse transaction data and reports to identify discrepancies, trends and process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with dispute and chargeback cases effectively within set timeframe.
- Assist in testing E-Channels products and change requests as and when required.
- Ensure Standby Officer role is carried out within set procedures.
- Ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting compliance requirements are met.
- Provide day-to-day support to internal and external Customers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, card schemes requirements, and local and external regulators.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Banking, Finance and/or IT discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Candidate must be proficient in the use of Electronic Banking products, with experience in ATMs, Mobile/Internet Banking and Card Issuing & Acquiring.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with ability to analyse, reconcile and interpret transaction data and reports.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail and problem solving ability.
- Demonstrated capability with respect to the key responsibilities and accountabilities in existing role – substantiated by work references.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
