Here’s what you’ll do

• Processing customs entry in Asycuda World system
• Verifying documents and Classification using IIS codes
• Calculate value for Duty in accordance with appropriate tariffs
• Liaising with customers for clarification on documents and goods products
• Cargo examination
• Arranging D&V payments
• Liaising with Credit Team for approvals
• Attending to queries raised by stakcholders (FRCS, BAF, PTI.)
• Working with Customer Service Team in ensuring timely customer service delivery
• Compiling of documents from stakeholders on behalf of clients

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• FRCS Authorized Customs Clerk (Mandatory)
• A Diploma in Business Customs with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Customs Asycuda World system
• Familiar with Customs Act and regulations
• Have a valid driver’s Group 2 license (desirable)
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Proficient in general’ desktop Microsoft applications
