As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understanding their business, their objectives. strategy and regulatory and risk management environment. You will typically work with a variety of clients, across multiple industry sectors, performing risk-focused auditing, assurance or advisory engagements.
You will be responsible for the delivery of quality services to clients, building the firm’s client base, working with leading digital tools to drive efficiencies as well as coaching and developing staff. You will demonstrate drive, determination and business acumen to become a valuable asset to our firm and clients.
Senior Associates — Internal Audit Services
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A Degree in Accounting. Finance or Commerce.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in carrying out internal audit services.
- A Postgraduate or similar qualification (completed or soon to be completed).
- Demonstrated capability and experience in working with cross-skilled teams to execute the end-to-end delivery of risk-based internal audits, covering areas such as financial
risk, compliance, performance, and risk management. - Ability to work effectively in different teams in building good working relationships with both colleagues and client personnel at all levels.
- Supervising and coaching junior team members, to foster an environment of continued growth and development within the team.
- A strong work ethic with a focus on accountability that ensures that the team delivers quality client outcomes.
