Are you a high-impact People & Culture leader looking for a HR Leadership role where you can really make a difference at Fiji’s very own Local Bank?
An exciting opportunity exists for an exceptional Human Resources Leader with strong Human Resources & Strategic Business acumen to join HFC Bank in its quest to be the Employer of Choice.
- Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, and excellence in its people.

- The Human Resources leader will continue to drive leadership at all levels of the organization with the key aim to serve our people and OUR CUSTOMERS.
This role is based in our Head Office in Suva.
