JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Company Mission: To deliver exceptional luxury sailing experiences for their international guests
Role: To maintain the financial books and receipts of the business in coordination with local and international accountants; Monthly tax lodgments and payroll; Maintain control over the company’s orders and manage the payables; Maintain an organized office and manage stock levels.Contract status: Part time – estimated at 100 hours per month at competitive wage based on experience & skills
Requirements and Skills:
Computer literate
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software specifically Excel spreadsheets or similar
Qualification and previous experience in accounting/ bookkeeping
Previous experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferable
Good organizational skills and time management;
deadline driven
Self-motivated and accountable
