JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

● Design and implement processes for ensuring efficient IT operations in an organisation

● Troubleshoot/ analyse computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction

● Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and ensure their needs are met

● Provide follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues

● Run quality checks on products/programs to ensure optimal and efficient performance

● Conduct inspections to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational

● Provide advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations

Collaborate with programmers, developers, and designers to achieve set objectives

Skills Required

○ Ability to code native JavaScript to build reports and rules using JavaScript API

○ Web skills: HTML, CSS, WordPress

● Optional

○ Proficiency in a compiled programming language such as PHP, Python and C#

○ Web application development: WordPress, Laravel Framework

○ Certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud, SQL

Qualifications and Experience

● A Degree in IT or equivalent

● Minimum 2 years experience in programming (specifically Javascript) and technical support

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Confidence to deal professionally with customers on the phone

● Problem solver and critical thinker

● An excellent team player

● Must be flexible to work in International time zones as required
