JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
The Naviti Resort, a member of Warwick Hotels & Resorts invites applications from potentially qualified individuals for the above Management position.
This challenging & exciting position requires a dedicated individual with initiative and selfmotivation. The successful applicant will, amongst other things be responsible for carrying out the following key tasks Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the successful applicant must have the following attributes: in accordance with Warwick Hotel’s code of practice.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Diploma in Hospitality /Tourism Management Qualification or its equivalence would be an Advantage.
2- 3yrs experience in a similar management role.
Overall management of hotel during duty hours attend to timely reporting of emergency situation
A high achiever with good understanding of hotel operation and excellent management skills
Confident in Public relations with an outgoing personality and attending to Guest Relations.
Have excellent communication and Customer service and organizational skills.
A self-starter, able to work flexible hours without supervision.
Handling & Resolving guests’ complaints. Strong problem-solving skills, Team management skills, Strong organizational skills
Be able to make sound decision and a team player.
Computer literate with administrative experience in Report Submission would be an advantage.
