We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to supervise our team and bring the spirit of sophistication to our establishment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
In the absence of the Outlet Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in logbook for further follow up.
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
Establish and instruct team members in cash security procedures.
Deal with irregular payments.
Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
Control stock and monitor security procedures.
Assist with menu and beverage list creation.

 

What we need from you:

At least 2 year’s experience supervising a team.
An outgoing and pleasant personality, with a proactive approach.
Efficient, flexible, able to work under pressure to ensure impeccable and seamless service.
Strong organizational & great communication skills.
Experience and ability to lead and motivate a small team.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload independently when required.
Team player.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Willingness to learn open-mindedly.
Passion of food and curiosity for something new.
Basic organization skills in restaurant operation.
