JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Alfa Pte Limited is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group that manufactures hygiene and consumer products for Fiji and international markets such as Pacific Laundry Bar, Malumu tissues, and Stelow and also holds the manufacturing license for world-renowned international brand Janola. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions to be based in our factory in Lami.

PROCESS WORKERS

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate ability to work on production line and ensure product quality is maintained
Record production information such as quantity, weight, date and type of products packed
Assist with labelling, sorting and packaging activities to ensure conformance to company standards
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures

Key Requirements:

Secondary level education
Physically fit and in good health
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
Flexible in approach to working hours including shift work
