PBS is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The role will oversee and managing construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.



-Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.
-Interpret and review construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
-Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
-Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
-Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
-Resolve any technical or engineering-related problems that arise during construction.
-Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and personnel on-site.
-Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.



-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
-5+ years of experience in construction engineering or a similar role.
-Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
-Valid driver’s license
