Role Overview:

Our client is currently on the lookout for a driven and meticulous Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team focused on converting potential clients into loyal customers, with a focus on understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Ensuring timely follow-up on online inquiries and weekly reporting to drive ongoing enhancements in sales performance.
Proactively seeking out new clientele, organizing meetings, and acquainting them with available services, while adjusting pricing and offering discounts as necessary.
Maintaining comprehensive customer records and coordinating appointment scheduling to facilitate seamless customer interactions.
Offering product expertise, elucidating benefits, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise.
Actively listening to feedback, monitoring performance, and striving to meet or surpass targets while fostering skill development within the team.
Cultivating strong relationships to contribute to long-term organizational goals.
Overseeing all operations with a focus on cost-effectiveness, while enhancing operational management systems and processes.
Ensuring adherence to legal requirements in organizational processes and formulating strategic and operational objectives.
Analysing financial data to enhance profitability, effectively managing budgets and forecasts.
Conducting quality controls and monitoring production KPIs to elevate the quality of customer service.
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maintain operational efficiency and deliver quality service.

 

 

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

Demonstrated managerial experience in sales or customer service within the outsourcing industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and guide team members on sales and customer service matters.
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
