JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
PA/Office Admin role with Experience

Due to changes in operational requirements and increased client demands, we are seeking a person with extensive experience of at least 3 years for overseeing administrative and operational functions at an executive level.

The candidate will also require superior communication skills, team leadership and multi-tasking capabilities. They will also be responsible for liaising between senior executives and staff to assist in day-to-day operations in both the Australian and Fiji Offices.

All the above skills are required to be demonstrated by applicants for this role, including monthly Sales Targets.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional leadership, organisational and time management skills
Presentation skills and customer service knowledge
Able to communicate clearly both verbally and written
Proven experience in related roles
Have an Eye for detail and quick learner
Conversance with Computers in daily office administration functions such as Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and specialised office management tools
Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
Fast track record in above and able to multi-task.
