Accounts Payable Officer to be based at port Denarau Marina Office

• Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities and provide efficient service
• Keep track, process, and reconcile payments and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices and statements
• Invoice input into MYOB (hands-on knowledge)
• Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts/LPO’s
• Liaise with internal and external clients
• Be able to meet posting deadlines
• Continues improvement of online payment processing
