We’re excited to welcome an HR Business Partner who will champion our people strategy, support staff welfare, and help shape a thriving workplace culture.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

· Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns with a focus on compliance and company policy.
· Support Human Resources leadership in investigating and addressing employee relations issues.
· Support recruitment efforts by assisting in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
· Assist in coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding, and offboarding processes.
· Assist in tracking performance evaluations and setting up feedback sessions.
· Maintain Human Resources records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.

 

 

Requirements

 

 

· 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably in a corporate environment
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Knowledge of HR processes, legal requirements, and best practices (preferred but not required).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
